When you submit your payment card information to Rebate Ruth, you consent to and authorise the relevant scheme provider such as Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos and others, to share transaction details with such as date, merchant and amount when your registered payment card is used at an eligible merchant, a card network or processor to allow us to determine the applicable cash rebate to your account.

As some of the offers may be provided by merchants outside of Australia, it may be necessary to disclose your personal information to those merchants for some of the purposes listed in this document. This includes third parties, including affiliates, merchants, card schemes, customer service teams and service providers.
